Pattern: 85 to 90% maximum: Our cooperative commits to reproducing the pattern with 85 to 90% fidelity at most. Lines, proportions and details may vary between pieces.
Dimensions: ±10 cm: Both width and length may be up to 10 cm larger or smaller than the ordered size due to handweaving.
A personalised order: For a rug made to your measurements or clearly personalised, returns for a change of mind are not available: the right of withdrawal does not apply.

We inspect every rug before dispatch to check its quality and conformity with your order.

Your statutory rights remain applicable in the event of a defect or non-conformity, including after this inspection. Contact us if you notice a problem.

Custom order

Colourful Berber rug made to order, according to the dimensions of your choice.

Material: Superior quality wool for the white and cotton for the bright colours.

Estimated production time: 10 to 14 weeks.

Each piece is hand-woven by our partner artisans, then sent to our workshop in Toulouse for a quality check before shipping to your home.

Order process:

Once your order is confirmed, we forward it to our partner artisans who begin making the rug. Once completed, the rug is shipped to our premises in Toulouse, France, where we carry out a thorough inspection before sending it to your home via the carrier of your choice.

Good to know:

- Moroccan Berber rugs are unique pieces, handmade on a traditional loom. As such, we are able to guarantee a reproduction that is 80–90% similar, but never 100% identical.

- The dimensions indicated do not include the fringes, which are present on both sides. They cannot be removed on our colourful Berber rugs.

- Due to the handmade nature of these rugs, the final dimensions may vary by + or - 10 cm.
