14 days after receiving your rug to notify us of your decision to withdraw
14 further days after notifying us to send the rug back
Return shipping is at the customer's expense
You may notify us of your withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receiving an eligible in-stock rug. After that notice, you have 14 more days to send it back. The rug must be clean, unused and in perfect condition, with its original packaging or equivalent protection.
A rug made to your choice of dimensions, colours or finishes cannot be returned because of a change of mind.
Once we receive your return, we refund via the original payment method. If you request a Tamazi return label, we confirm its price before you use it and deduct that cost from your refund. No single label price applies to every country.
We measure this site’s traffic to improve it. With your permission, we also add advertising trackers for our campaigns. Refusing does not affect browsing or purchases.
