Ordering process:
Once your order is confirmed, we forward it to our partner artisans who begin crafting the rug. Once finished, the rug is shipped to our facilities in Toulouse, France, where we perform a thorough inspection before shipping it to your home via your chosen carrier.
Good to know:
- Moroccan Berber rugs are unique, handmade pieces, crafted on a traditional loom. Therefore, we can guarantee a reproduction that is 80-90% similar, but never 100% identical.
– The dimensions do not include the rug's fringe.
- On our high-end Moroccan rugs from the M'rirt region, the fringes can be removed upon request . Please contact us by email after placing your order if you would like this option.
- Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, the final dimensions of the rug may vary by + or - 10 cm.
